Structure and View

1. First of all, you could have formatted all mathematical terms and formulations in the text in TeX. That would increase the readability of the Text.
2. You also could have used a little more of the structure tools of the Wiki.
3. The variables $\textstyle RS_{I}$ , $\textstyle RS_{O}$, $\textstyle LB$ and $\textstyle UB$ could have been explained in the text before you use it in any of your formulas. That would make it much easier to understand what happens. Furthermore I am not sure about the correctness of your indices, particular for $\textstyle a_{j}$.

1. All in all your article seems formally correct, and you did a good job.

1. But you could have emphasized it, that the structure of the optimal solution is what does not change, if one changes the initial values only in the bounds of the interval.
