Hey,

your theoretical presentation of simulated annealing is short but compact. It gets clear that the meta algorithm has its origins in physics (especially in thermodynamics). The physical backround is mentioned and the picture is usefull to get a better image how the algorithm works. Your example with the beer is simply and mathematical correct formulated.

The only thing that could be more detailed are parameters or conditions that make simulated annealing more efficient e.g. that the cooling of the starting temperature must be slowly or that the starting temperature is should not be too high.
