Theory

Theory is well structured and explains the basic physical background.

However, you could have pointed out the relation between the metallurgical process and the mathematical heuristic as well as the algorithm itself more thoroughly.

Example

We do not fully understand the example you have chosen to explain the heuristics.

Reading your "initial situation" it appears that you actually want to minimize the temperature function itself. Given that you defined it as a linear monotonically decreasing function with a lower bound of zero, that would be rather pointless.

You never defined your Function F(S) which is the one that should be minimized instead.

The solution does have a clear structure, but it does not really add up.

Bottom Line

Your article has a tidy structure overall. Your example however needs some work as already mentioned above. Mathematically, the solution is correct, but you have mixed up the energy and temperature functions.

Furthermore, there are a couple of misspellings that need to be corrected.
