1) Introduction:
In my opinion it is a bit short. It would be helpful to know some additional Information about the topic.
2) Standard Form:
The variables are not described, therefore it is not comprehensible what functions the different variables have. It is to general.
3) Example of LP:
The example is an easy and good one to show how the system of LP works. The graphical solution is nice to see, but I don't think that it is part of topic "mathematical formulations"
4) Simplex Example:
I do not know why there is shown how a simplex-algorithm works. This is the task of another group (Group/Topic 11)
5) Sources:
Are shown perfect.
6) Critic at the "Topic Headline" (General, has nothing to do with this group)
It is not clearly understandable which topics of "Mathematical formulations" the Groups of Topic 7 have to mention. If we follow the chronological order of the skript, only the LP Problems have to be analysed. For my own I only could solve this disagreement with an E-Mail to the Supervisor who told me which topics we have to show in our article. Consequently the current headline should become more clear and distinct in future.

Your introduction is nice tor read and includes the most Information. I think it is a little bit too short.
Standard form:
I like the way you did that. The Information are correct and you have a nice structure putting everything in a new row. Most of the things that has to be mentioned are mentioned. I like that you say how the Problems can be solved very early. But it could be longer so you can go more in Detail when you describe the Problem.
Examples:
I think your examples are good to understand and not to hard to come in a theme. Your explanations could be a bit better. I would like to see a step by step Explanation so everybody can follow you. I like that you hace nice graphics and a really good structure in your examples.
All in all good Job, very nice structure but sometimes you had to go more into Detail.
