Hello,

first you guys did a good job. In your first part, you could have done it more generally, because if you are not familiar with the topic, it is not that easy to get the point.

In addition a written explanation, what an optimal solution is, could have been helpful. The following examples look very good and comprehensive, especially the last one with the wolframalpha image. The first two examples are a good transition to the gradient method.

The hyperlinks to other wiki entries are very helpful, particularly for a faster understanding and switching.

In a nutshell, it is a good and comprehensive wiki entry, with some critics from ourselves.
