The structure of your entry is similar to ours. Your introduction is good, you explain in which cases and why the wolfe algorithm has to be used. You even mention who invented the wolfe algorithm. We think you have summarized the essential points which have to be mentioned.

The theory part is also correct in our opinion. The Lagrangian Function, the KKT-conditions and the constraints are the same as we have.

In our opinion your example is described very well and it is very understandable. The Lagrangian Function and the KKT-conditions are right. Furthermore you explain in a good way how you get to the slack variables and the auxiliary variables. The starting tableau is also correct and we cannot find any mistakes at the simplex iterations, so we think the results are correct, too. The only point we have to mention is, that in the last simplex tableau, there isn’t x1, x2 and v3 any more. Instead of these there is h1, h3 and h4. In our opinion there has to be x1, x2 and v3, so you can read the optimal solution in the final tableau.

All in all, you've done a good job.
