At our first view we saw your example created on your own! That's very good!!!! You did another very good job by determining $u_{i}andv_{j}$. Your calculations there are very detailded. Furthermore we compliment your summary at the end.

We miss the general description of the Transportation Problem. In this link you could list all definitions of the varibales like $a_{i}andb_{j}$. Anymore we have to mention that you forgot to explain two Methods to get intitial solution. All things considere in our point of view the iterative method is explained to short. The focus on your wiki is on the initial solution and not on the iterative method. It should be the ohter way around. If you distinguish your headlines, your wiki will be more structured.

All in all your wiki is a good basis to unterstand the Itertaive optimization method. Especially your own example is an excelent feature.
